Initial Testing

Two boards used for testing:

Board on the left is running the Counter Test code. Channel 0 is generating a 100Mhz signal and each channel up is half the speed.

Board on the right is running VHDL_Core code.

Testing with sampling rate of 100Mhz on the non buffered pins.
